These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and:

By installing, opening, or using the Goaldash 26 mobile application (the "App"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
• Use the App to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access data through the App.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

2. Age Requirement

The App is rated 4+ in the App Store and is suitable for general audiences. Some features (such as the optional paid subscription) require the ability to enter a binding contract. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only that adult may purchase the Pro subscription.

3. Match Data — "As Is", No Guarantee

The App displays match schedules, kickoff times, group standings, results, top scorers, and similar information sourced from third-party data providers (primarily api-football.com). We do our best to display this information accurately, but:

• Data is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of correctness, completeness, or timeliness.
• Kickoff times, dates, venues, and results may change at short notice or contain errors.
• The App is not an official source of FIFA fixtures, broadcasting times, or ticketing information.

Do not rely on the App for binding decisions such as booking travel, placing wagers, or planning broadcasts. Always cross-check critical information with an official source.

4. Goaldash 26 Pro Subscription

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Goaldash 26 Pro.

4.1 What You Get

Goaldash 26 Pro unlocks features such as kickoff reminders and other Pro-only content described in the App at the point of purchase.

4.2 Pricing and Billing

• Product: com.swapps.goaldash.pro_yearly
• Plan: yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• Price: displayed in the App at the time of purchase in your local currency (introductory price approximately USD 4.99 per year — the price shown by Apple at the point of purchase is authoritative).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each yearly period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

4.4 How to Manage and Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Goaldash 26 Pro → Cancel Subscription.

Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We can confirm receipt of payment for your record but cannot grant refunds directly.

4.6 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device with the same Apple ID, tap "Restore Purchases" in the App's Settings to re-activate your Pro entitlement.

4.7 Price Changes

If the subscription price increases, Apple will notify you in advance, and your consent will be required before the renewal at the new price, in accordance with Apple's policies.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that:

• Ads are shown as banner and occasional interstitial format.
• Personalized ads require your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can decline at any time without losing access to the App.
• Ad content is delivered by Google and is not curated by us; please report inappropriate ads to us at sas.wilms@gmail.com.

6. Trademarks and Affiliation Disclaimer

Goaldash 26 is an independent companion app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by:

• FIFA, any FIFA confederation, or any FIFA-organized tournament body.
• The 2026 FIFA World Cup organizing committee or host federations (USSF, FMF, Canada Soccer).
• Any national football federation, club, broadcaster, or player.

Team names, country names, and tournament names appearing in the App are used for informational and descriptive purposes only, in line with nominative fair use. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The App does not display any official emblems, logos, mascots, or trophy imagery of FIFA or the 2026 tournament.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself — including its code, design, layout, original copy, and audiovisual assets we created — is owned by Sascha Wilms and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you only the limited license described in Section 1.

Country flag icons used in the App are licensed under the MIT License from the open-source project flag-icons by Panayiotis Lipiridis. The full license text is shown in the App under Settings → Acknowledgments.

8. User-Generated Content

The App does not currently allow you to post public content. If we add such features in the future, additional rules will be presented in the App at that time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to Pro features if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law (for example, the statutory warranty rights of consumers in the European Union and Germany).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from inability to access the App.
• For direct damages, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to the amount you have paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (which, in the case of free-tier users, is EUR 0).

The above limitations do not apply to:

• Damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• Injury to life, body, or health.
• Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
• Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (Apple StoreKit for purchases, Google AdMob for ads, api-football.com for match data, Apple Push / UserNotifications for reminders). Your use of those services through the App is also subject to the respective providers' terms:

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or release notes for the next App Store update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU Member State, you also enjoy the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence; nothing in these Terms restricts those protections.

The non-exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is the seat of the provider, to the extent permitted by law. Consumers may also sue at their place of residence.

15. Online Dispute Resolution (EU Consumers)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Apple App Store Standard Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent the Apple Media Services Terms grant Apple any third-party-beneficiary rights with respect to these Terms (in particular concerning the enforcement of end-user license terms), Apple may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
